Our Commercial Property coverage(s) are built around covering your bowling center from damages to: 

  • Building or structure (including permanently installed fixtures and equipment such as the lanes, ball returns, scorers, and pinsetters).

  • Contents coverage for furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment not permanently installed, “stock held for sale”, building glass, outdoor signs, electronic data processing equipment, personal property owned and used in your business,  personal property of others that is in your care, custody or control. 

  • Use interest as tenant in improvements and betterments (if property leased)

  • Business Interruption & Extra Expense (Monthly Limit of Indemnity Options, Agreed Value available with Business Income Worksheet)

  • Equipment breakdown coverage 

    *Coverage for loss due to mechanical or electrical breakdown of nearly any type of equipment, including computers. Coverage applies to the cost to repair or replace the equipment and any other property damaged by the equipment breakdown. Resulting business income and extra expense loss are often covered as well due to direct damage of property due to a covered cause of loss

  • Other additional sub limits & additional coverages, including but not limited to: Electronic Data Processing, Money & Securities, Employee Theft, Back up of Sewers and Drains, Accounts Receivable, Trees & Shrubs, Fine Arts, Personal Effects, Pollutant Clean Up and Removal.

  • Ordinance or Law Coverage- Coverage Increased cost of construction, undamaged portion of the building, and demolition costs available for most risks.

  • Flood and Earthquake sub-limits available within PKG in certain areas.
